She and her husband work with the Potter’s House Christian School in a low income area of Grand Rapids Michigan. They first attended many years ago when they were looking to choose where their own children would attend school. While they were there, the DeVos’ met parents who were struggling simply to provide adequate nutrition for their children, and could not afford to choose where they sent their children and often struggled to make sure their kids were safe outside of school. The couple decided then and there that because they were blessed enough to be able to send their own children wherever they felt was the best school; they would devote themselves to providing scholarships for children of lower income families to attend Potter’s House Christian school. Since then, their giving has continued to grow and they are now one of the school’s major donors, ensuring it has supplies and equipment needed to help the students excel.

Here Dr. Mikhail Blagosklonny likes to state that he considers aging to be a useless run of several developmental programs, and it is entirely unintentional too. The cellular senescence will also refer to cell growth that is continuing. Hence he feels that over-stimulation in such cases has the potential to lead towards an increase in various functions. This may include secretion by fibroblasts, along with the contraction of the smooth arterial muscle cells. It would also include the aggregation of platelets. Other function can be the bone resorption through the osteoclasts, and the lipogenesis which is done by the fat cells. Next is the glycogenesis which is done by the liver cells. Other functions include inflammation which is done by neutrophils and the phagocytosis that is due to macrophages and so on. Any kind of overstimulation will lead to resisting of the cell signals. This hyper-function and resistance to a signal can lead to several diseases, besides a loss of homeostasis, damage to organs and the eventual death of an organism. So the hyper-functioning of the arterial smooth muscle cells, and the macrophages and hepatocytes along with fat cells, besides blood platelets as well as neurons and the fibroblasts and many others have the potential to lead to several things.
